What time is check-in?
Check-in begins at 3 p.m. daily.
When is check-out?
Visit us at the Front Desk or leave your keys in the room by 12 p.m.
Is early check-in available?
Check-in is guaranteed at 4 p.m. However, early check-in can be requested, but not guaranteed. Please call the day of your arrival so we may see if early check-in is available.
Is late check-out available?
Check-out time is 12 p.m. A late check-out request is based on availability, and late check-out fees may apply. Contact Guest Services directly to request a late check-out.
What is the cancellation policy?
All reservations must be canceled within 72 hours of arrival to avoid penalty. The cancellation penalty is equivalent to the first night's stay.
What is the pet policy?
Unfortunately, La Bellasera Hotel & Suites does not allow pets, but we recommend Vineyard Kennel nearby as an alternative.
Is breakfast included with my reservation?
Breakfast is not included. However, Enoteca Restaurant & Lounge is open daily from 7-11 a.m. serving breakfast
Are rollaway beds available?
Rollaway beds are available upon request. Please request one either prior to or during check-in.
Do you have a concierge?
Yes, a 24-hour concierge is on call for all hotel guests.

No, smoking is not permitted anywhere at the hotel. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Does La Bellasera offer wine tours?
We do not offer wine tours, but there are a number of touring companies that we can recommend. Or, book our In Love with La Bella Wine Country package, which includes overnight accommodations, a VIP wine tour, round-trip transportation, tastings at 3 or more award winning wineries, and lunch in a breathtaking location.

What are the restaurant hours?
Enoteca Restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and dinner from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Enoteca Bar is opened from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Dine with us today or call (805)-238-2834 to book a reservation.
